I looked around the downtown and seem to be one of the class your place is open for lunch. However I was somewhat disappointed with the food. The prices are quite reasonable though. The staff was nice although they didn't understand English very much at all.
No offer of water. The only bread offered was these cheap bread sticks in plastic wrappers. The gnocchi with ragu was fine - although there were plenty of pieces of grizzle. The bean soup was thick and goopy and not very tasty at all and I actually took about three bites in and left the rest of it.
One issue is beyond the control of the restaurant but people walk past you in the walkway with cigarettes and the kids crying right next to you
