Found a couple of items that I wanted on the monkey clothing website, both products by the brand "Humor". Ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt online. On arrival of these items, the jeans were perfect fit and really happy with them, however the shirt was sent in a medium when I requested a small. The member of staff that I spoke to apologised for the mix up and asked me to return the item so that the correct shirt can be sent to me. She did not even offer to pay for the postage, like it was my fault I got sent a medium? After sending the item on Next day recorded delivery, they did not bother confirming that they had received it, because I had to email them and find out. So I emailed them asking if they had received the item and if the correct item could be sent out asap because I have an event on the same Friday and wanted to wear this shirt to it. They finally replied stating that they do not have the small in stock (more specifically, she "couldn't find it"). Are they false advertising on their website? Their reply also claimed that the member of staff initially told me over the phone that they only had mediums and I told her to send the medium anyway. All my clothes are small in size so why would I want a medium knowing full well that it wouldn't fit? I had been emailing a member of staff by the name of "Bruce" and he was clearly taking the side of his colleague. She told him that I requested the medium because no small were in stock?? Why would I have emailed them asking if the item could be sent before Friday if I knew they had no small? The item had been refunded back into my account, but I was not pleased that I had been charged for postage for an item that THEY got wrong and "couldnt find". Ridiculous and unprofessional.
