She responded immediately to my calls with a very friendly response and instantly put my mind at ease engaging a babysitter we hadn't used before. Throughout the evening she sent helpful texts letting us know when they were asleep. I would happily recommend rachael - she was a great find.

We felt 100% at ease and fully trusting. That says a lot. I could tell that my son (14mo) was excited to see her the second night because he was smiling, very happy when she walked in, and had his mouth open in excitement looking at the suitcase of toys he remembered from the day before. Peggy was put together, professional, super sweet, you could tell she loves kids, and she cared more about his needs than her own which was just so sweet. She was more genuinely excited to play with him than most babysitters I've had over at home. I wish she lived in my area because I would use her ALL THE TIME. So glad we booked!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!…read more The woman who owns this business needs to be put in jail. She harassed myself and my sitter while my sitter was taking care of my 7 month old and 2 year old. I made the mistake of pushing past all of the red flags from my first experience and making it to a second experience because I really didn't have any last minute help and she is the only service out here in the desert that provides on demand child care services. Do not make my mistake! She was upset with me because she has verbal diarrhea and I asked for her to please be professional and stick to only speaking about childcare. She kept going off on all these tangents and I knew more about her and her mother and that she was in NY and why she couldn't get back to me yesterday etc. ma'am I really just need reliable and professional service. If you have availability, GREAT! If not, also cool. But, I'm not interested in all the other dialog that she was just complaining about. If you have personal things going on just tell me you can't be of assistance and we can both move on. I explained this after hours of back and forth. She lost her mind and out of nowhere started texting my sitter to LEAVE. As in leave my house while my children are under her care. The poor sitter was shaken and so scared. She didn't know what to do. She kept telling Jackie, (this is the owners name) that she left just so Jackie would stop messaging her. Once it came to my knowledge that she was telling my sitter to leave I disclosed to Jackie that my husband is an attorney and that I have now been made aware that she has repeatedly asked my sitter to leave and stop watching my babies. I told Jackie that she better stop harassing myself and the sitter because I will sue her for child endangerment and honestly the poor sitter should sue her for creating a hostile work environment. My husband will happily represent her. PRO BONO! Jackie has since stopped sending me psychotic messages but I was sure to have my husband snap a photo of the texts she was sending to our sitter when he got home to relieve her. I've uploaded one of the many to this review. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of service you want in charge of your childcare needs. Not only was this the most unprofessional experience I've most likely ever had with a service, EVER! I'm so upset that it involved my kids. What a nightmare

They provided both group care and one-on-one care (depending on our guests' needs) for a wide age range of children including infants, toddlers, and school age children. Not only was he team an absolute dream to work with, but they also provided outstanding quality child care that our guests haven't stopped raving about in the weeks following our wedding! They were flexible, professional, and incredibly attentive to our guests' needs in the weeks leading up to the wedding weekend and during the events themselves. They provided excellent 1:1 care for many of our guests' young children, and also set up a delightful playroom for the older children to play in together throughout the event, which was a huge hit! Inspiring Imaginative Minds put all of our guests at ease and took great care of their children, which allowed everyone to have a truly carefree and wonderful night. I strongly recommend working with Helga and her team for both short- and long-term childcare needs in the Coachella Valley!

My son is 2 and has been going here for almost a year now. I also love that she does fun themed days and little parties with the kids--like an Easter egg hunt and a Dr. Seuss spirit week. It makes it really fun and special for them. Her backyard play area is really spacious, and the kids get plenty of time outside, which is a big plus.
