The hair dresser refused to give me the length i wanted on my haircut, and throughout the process I kept telling him to cut it shorter. In the end when he wanted to finish off I told him to CUT IT SHORTER so he just chopped off my hair with an electric shaver. All I was asking for was a bob haircut in the length I wanted (I already had a bob haircut). I left the place shaken up and on the verge of tears. This was a male hairdresser.

The salon is modern, friendly, and has convenient hours. Evening and weekend appointments are possible. I must confess that I haven't had a cut here yet, but I've seen some great ones done so I may try them if my usual clipper is ever unavailable. But if it is color services you need, Kim and her colleagues do a fantastic job. They also use other brands if you aren't an Aveda fan, such as Vidal Sassoon and Sebastian.
