UPDATE (approximately 1.5 years later): We recently used Cari Ann Carter again for the purchase of a lot. This was a bit spontaneous and Cari Ann is a pit bull when it comes to advocating for you. We were able to put in an offer Sunday, get a counteroffer Monday and secure the property on Tuesday. She was INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen quickly and is the best negotiator ever! She set reasonable expectations for us, which we really appreciated, and was very open in feedback along the entire way. More importantly, she is a DO-er! She had 2 contractors out within 12 hours of walking the property to help us with the logistics of design, finding a contractor, etc. You want her and her amazing team on your side when you're buying or selling!

With each preference or feature I wanted to see, he knew where to take me and gave me an honest, informative look into the area and properties. She is kind, calm, and professional…read more However, I'm inclined to be overall unhappy as we are currently going into WEEK 3 of not having a stove to cook with (and having had to turn off the gas connection) as the stove repair man keeps promising to contact us and yet has so far failed to do so. We have now emailed the agency for the third time to find out what is going on. It's incredibly frustrating that Re/Max employs such an incredibly unreliable individual (or service, not sure) to handle repairs, when obviously that service person/company has absolutely no concern with timely repairs or service. At the end of the week, if we find ourselves still waiting on this repair, I will be contacting the state landlord/tenant association for help with further actions to resolve this issue.
