She provides many types of therapy, but mine focused mostly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I developed the ability to dismiss my self-defeating thoughts and instead reinforce positive feelings towards myself. This gave me the courage to remove the toxic people in my life. It's difficult to ask for help, but it's torture to suffer in silence. Her sessions are completely confidential as she would never violate her therapeutic alliance with her clients. I felt such shame for my mistakes and alone, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to beat whatever you might be dealing with whether it be sexual abuse, eating disorders, depression, drug addiction, divorce, grieving the death of a loved one you can count on her objective and non-judgmental services.
