He said "Hi your honor". That is the only 3 words he said at the whole court case. I really don't understand how this Attorney even has license to be an Attorney. He maintains to keep them, evenhough his practice is only to receive a paycheck from the State with Benefits. (My opinion)

I needed it fast because the seller needed dental work and was in pain. I asked for two things 1. Verfication on wording to help get the seller an advance. 2. A time line on escrow. That was monday of this week. They burned through 1 week of my accelerated close, never got me anything, and just called to say they would not be helping me (Friday). If what you are doing is important or at all time sensitive... well I know how I would handle it if I had to do it over.
