They (corporate) claims I picked up the funds at a local store and never did. I even visited the Valley Hi store today and they could not find any paperwork or evidence that I ever picked up the funds. They have even called my bank and had a 3-way call and my bank has also stated that they never received any funds from Ace cash express deposited into my bank account. This whole matter sounds very fishy and filled with fraud! I would be careful of doing business with these crooks!

Today I went in to deposit a check, and because the balance was below a certain amount (not overdrawn), they refused to cash it. This wouldn't be as frustrating if I have not been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and have walked in cash checks while having less money in my account and they were able to easily cash and deposit the check as I asked without any holds. The operations manager, Carlos does not know the first thing about customer service nor does he respect customers like myself who have been with Golden One since the 90s. The check was not five figures or six figures. It was a basic check that we received due to the death of a family member and instead of expressing sympathy or compassion, Carlos was extremely rude and suggested I go to another Golden One to cash my check. He also told me that Golden One does not want to be treated like a check cashing place. I'm sorry, but you are a financial institution where members come to cash checks deposit money withdraw money transfer money and anything else under the sun having to do with their finances. To tell me that they are not a check cashing place was Ludacris. I tried to explain to him that I have come in multiple times with checks equally large and was able to not only cash the check get cash back and deposit the rest into my account. I will not be going back to this bank and I hope this branch gets shut down due to the poor customer service I receive every time I go here. Yesterday I went to the bank and needed to speak to a teller. When I went to the bank, the line was…read morerather long, but the security guard did such a great job at controlling the line. There are tons of people trying to simply walk in and cut in the line, but the security guard was adamant about ensuring fairness and equality with customers. I say that because there were tons of senior citizens in the bank, who were hoping to simply cut the line wow I love and adore our senior citizens, they were also other customers who were on break, trying to get their banking done or parents with children who needed to make a transaction before taking them to school. There are so many different customers for so many different reasons and the security guard did such a great job at making everyone feel equally important and valued as a Golden One member. The teller who assisted me was so amazing. Her customer service was superior. She was handling the busyness with such grace. This is my first time visiting this branch, and it was a great experience.

B, you don't mean that. If you did, you woulda helped with the three minutes it takes to transfer versus the 40 minutes of opening an account. It would only take me less than 5 minutes to open it online myself but this is not allowed for minors. Y'all need better workers working here. It does not take this long to open an account!
