He even arranged for us to visit a lovely organic winery when we got overheated. They accommodated our dietary needs (2 carnivores and 3 vegetarians). He drove us to his home town for the most amazing ice cream I have ever had. We had a great day learning about the area and history. Nello had arranged a tour of Pompeii with Rosella, who was born and raised there. She was very knowledgeable and equally as adorable. We really enjoyed the tour. Then we were back on the beautiful, new Mercedes and on our way to lunch in Sorrento. From there we went to Positano for some shopping. The drive was uneventful (which is a good thing) and we felt safe and relaxed with Marco at the wheel. Our only regret was not having enough time to really explore in Positano. So I guess we will have to return soon!

Valentina, Marco, and Giuseppe were all extremely knowledgeable of the areas, well connected and professional. We utilized Sami's services for pick up from the Naples Airport, an Amalfi coast day tour (Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello), a Pompeii historical/Vesuvius winery tour, a drop off/pick up Maiori beach day, and drop off at the Naples train terminal. For us this was the best way to vacation in Amalfi for overall value and safety. Amalfi is beautiful but difficult area to get around due to the winding narrow roads with extreme traffic, elevation, and lack of parking. I could not imagine a better driving service than Sami.

He was born in Sorrento and as a youngster worked throughout Europe and was able to learn multiple languages. His English is superb. He speaks fluent English with that great Italian accent. He moved back to Sorrento and later decided to be a tour operator of the area he loves so much. He is a great ambassador for the entire region. His sincere interest and knowledge made our tour much more enjoyable then we could ever had imagined. During a brief moment alone with the other tour members, everyone agreed that Aldo was 'The Best'. The others booked him right away for one or two more tours while they were here. I found this site when researching Amalfi Coast tours. The reviews for Aldolimos.com were all 5 stars with hundreds of reviewers. Aldo and his wife Christina run the business. She is very efficient about maintaining contact and assisting with the best tour option for your needs. I had inquired about a tour and was hoping to join a small group to help with the expense. Regardless, they were the best deal I found anyway. Christina said she would post a small tour option online for our day and see if anyone else wanted to join. Luckily, four others joined so we had our great tour at a third the cost :) If we were able to stay longer, we would definitely book other tours that they offer. Next time, for sure. In addition, Aldo Limos has many other tour options as well as pick-up/drop-off options for local airports and train stations

There are reviews about his house online, if you google via liparlati 54 positano italy you will see he scams for deposits. He got me for $1,300 deposit. Anyways I got a suspicious feeling about this transfer after multiple interactions and I canceled, good thing I did because my 4 kids and I would not have been picked up from the train station and I would be forced to look for a different transfer causing me to pay more, arrive to the house late and be charged a late check in fee.
