Yelp had some good reviews, but we turned for advice to a friend we trust. she suggested All Valley Solar and Window Cleaning. We spoke with Jesse, the owner, who visited and gave us an estimate of $200 for the exterior windows/screens and $180 for the solar panels. Five days later, Jesse and an assistant arrived for the job. The assistant...a guy in his 20s...started on the windows and screens while Jesse handled panels on the roof. After finishing the panels, Jesse helped with the other guy...then carefully wiped the trim around the windows and doors. They moved all the outdoor furniture before starting and returned it to the proper place when done. Everything took about 3 hours which was probably a bit longer than usual since I'm sure they wanted to impress a first time customer. We're now on a schedule for Jesse and a helper to come every 4 months...with work on the exterior windows once or twice a year.

They refused to back their workmanship and ghosted us. We didn't want to enter into a legal battle, so we elected to pay to have the damage fixed ourselves. Needless to say, our faith in contractors was a little shaken, so we were very careful about choosing a roofing company to do the repairs. Since the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled to make the repairs, we wanted to hire one company that could do both. Axiom 360 is a roofing company and a solar installer, and they have exceptional Yelp reviews. Eric came out to look at our house and our solar setup to give us an estimate, and we were astonished when he saw that several of our panels were offline and fixed them for us on the spot. We hadn't even hired them yet! That sold us on the integrity and professionalism of the company, and we were very pleased at their competitive estimate. A team arrived only a week later, which is especially amazing since we are located in Heritage Ranch, about as far north in their service area as you can get. Eric kept in constant communication on every aspect of the process. He also checked our equipment settings to make sure we were getting the most out of our panels and batteries. The roofing crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day. When the project was finished, all the construction materials were hauled away and it was as if they had never been here. The job was completely finished within two weeks of our first phone call. Justin has been great to work with throughout the project and to follow up to make sure we are happy with the work.
