I had originally intended to go to the sheriff's station in Perris to get it done since their rolling fee is only $10 as opposed to $20 at Home Instead. However, I decided to save myself the drive and discomfort of sitting in a busy sheriff station (they were so busy they left me on hold for 15 min and disconnected me when i initially tried to make an appt). But I digress, I called Home instead to make the appt. and the friendly receptionist was able to get me a same day appt. As soon as I walked in I was offered something to drink and snacks. The staff seemed very welcoming and happy to be there. While I waited, Jacyn the office manager introduced himself to me. The fingerprinting itself was done quickly and Therese the livescan specialist made the experience as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a livescan.

I was transported via a gurney by van from bed to bed, with minimal discomfort on the injury site. I felt secure on the ride so I was able to be calm and rest during the 3 and 1/2 hour transfer. My 80 year old…read morefather was being transported from Eisenhower hospital to California Rehabilitation Center, in Century City, after suffering a stroke less than a week before. This was a nearly four hour drive and they did not take any preparation in the case that my father needed to use the bathroom. When I met them at the lobby of the Rehabilitation center, my poor father was so upset, humiliated, embarrassed and crying! He had urinated on himself and they didn't even cover him with a towel or a sheet or do anything or say anything. My father was scared and disoriented and all of this could have been avoided. Shame on this company!!! My brother called the company to complain and all they had were excuses and they didn't even apologize. They should not even be in business.
