So drove 15 plus min to get there to no machines working. Further more no bathroom 24/hr what?! Ya can't come in for family of 5 and do laundry not anything working to wash clothes So the place sits wide open 24/7 doing nothing. No bathrooms No working machines ( and they don't say out of order just do not use) so like is that for laundry service then to use those??? idk But why bother paying utilities and heat like that if no one is able to use it at all Just a warm place to be I guess idk But laundromat it is not.

Called on Aug 20 and asked if they did alterations for jackets with zipper repair. I was told yes…read morethey would be able to do it. When dropping of my jacket the next day the girl told me that it might be fixed and I would get a call if they couldn't. Never got a phone call so I assumed they fixed it. When picking it up I saw that it wasn't fixed and was told they dont do alterations. But I still got charged for a cleaning. Never gonna back there even again.
