Pros - At the start it was great. good communication. As…read moretime went on it got worse and worse - Very respectful people (for the most part). - they did fix my door that they messed up as well as the ding i put in it Cons - Every time my car went to get fixed it came out with another problem. (its still broken Auto start stop needs to be serviced) - They will try to blame you for anything that happens to the car while in their possession (dings on doors, clutch not working correctly) - As per sales manager they have a lack of man power - As per a employee on the sales side service technicians will pull cars onto one of their lifts and pop some plastic covers off of the engine to make sure they get the work and no one else can take the work. i would assume this is the reason behind long wait times. - Will call you a liar if they do not agree with you (never apologized after they checked the cameras and saw it happened at their dealership) I don't usually write reviews, but after my recent experience with this service center, I feel it's important to share what happened. I brought my car in on September 10th for a recall on the clutch pressure plate. What should have been a simple recall turned into almost 90 days without my vehicle, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When I finally got the car back for the 1st time on October 9th, I immediately noticed a new issue: the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and only return after a delay. ( no issue with auto start stop at this point) This problem did not exist before the recall work--both my wife and I drove the car regularly, and we never had any issues with the clutch prior to dropping it off. Despite this, I was quoted nearly $1,100 for the repair (the final cost was just under $1,000). Being charged for a problem that showed up only after their work was extremely frustrating. There was also new damage on my door. I pointed it out and clearly explained that I already knew about the original ding and wasn't blaming them for that. Despite this, the service advisor insisted it was all the same damage. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did eventually fix the dent, but the way the situation was handled added to the overall frustration. To make things worse, I later found out that my car was actually ready on November 14th, yet no one contacted me. I only discovered it was finished on December 2nd, when I called them myself. When I brought up the delays and the clutch issue, I was told by both the service advisor and service manager that "there's nothing they can do" because I had agreed to pay. That agreement was made before the extended delays and before I knew the car would come back with a new problem (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced also not there before I dropped it off. when I 1st picked up the car it said that the battery needed to be charged after driving around for a little while the charging was done. Auto start stop is still not working correctly. The advisor also claimed the clutch issue was already present before I dropped it off, which simply isn't true based on my own experience -- and my wife's -- with the vehicle prior to the recall work. So after nearly three months without my car, I'm now out almost $1,000, and I received my vehicle back with a new issue (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced) it did not have before. This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had, and based on what I went through, I do not recommend this service center.

I was one of the first ones to call about the new Dodge Demon 170. They were so enthusiastic to help me out considering I was the only one that had called. They told me they would sell me the car at MSRP and send me the paperwork to make a deposit and finalize. Days go by and I hear nothing from sales guy besides " we are waiting for GM " I had told the guy that I stopped calling other dealers because of this word that he had secured me the car. Finally, the salesperson gets back to me " Tony" and tells me oh they have been getting more interest on the allocation and now they will be doing 25k over MSRP. I still agreed and wanted paperwork to be sent to finalize the deal. Same thing occurs, no communication, no call back, no paperwork sent. I text the guy, no reply. Finally call the sales guy after he keeps ignoring my communication and he ends up picking up and hanging up knowing it's me calling. Dealers like this need to go out of business. This market has completely changed how dealers treat people. Disgusting.

I had two sensors go out, there was water in my taillight, I had three completely bald tires & my window wipers were useless. These are all issues that the dealership should have taken care of prior to having the vehicle on the lot. I shouldn't have to pay a thousand dollars for faulty sensors that gave out only a few weeks into having a new car- yet that's what ram country wanted. I have called about 10 times for an appointment here it is in March and they have still yet to reach back out. I even dropped my car off for service and he didn't do anything at all just had it sit there. I was told they had parts to fix my car and upon picking up they told me "I didn't have time for a diagnostics" (after already receiving two and knowing what was wrong) So I pick my car up I call back the next day and bro tells me to make another diagnostics appointment. The woman who answers the auto desk laughed in my face when I told her it's absurd I'm expected to pay for this after putting less than 800 miles on a vehicle I just bought. Don't go here these people are idiots. You will be treated with little respect and you'll be paying thousands for repairs.
