If something needs fixed, it takes days or sometimes a week, whether it's a fixture or even the AC. In LA, that's a big deal. In fact, as of right now, my water has been out for DAYS, and when I called the office for a status update, Shannon the office manager was extremely rude about it. Tried to tell me I could just go stay at a hotel on base. That's not free, and she wasn't offering. They called someone from Shreveport to fix it this morning, because the staff here couldn't be bothered to lift a finger over the weekend. I've had to make multiple trips to the store to buy water so I could flush my toilet. Bottom line is, if you have other options, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This place is a joke. The manager enjoys harassing tenants in her work time. There is no assigned…read moreparking or parking spot marks so anyone parks anywhere. The 2 rude women that work in the office have decided they want to park in the parking that is in front of 2 other apartments so they don't have to walk as far. Also one parked so close to me I couldn't open my door enough to slide in. I'm 5'3 115lbs. The maintenance people half ass fix things and for sure don't know what they are doing. The apartment was super dirty when we moved in. And a bunch of our neighbors have said the same thing. I've had my truck side swiped once since they have started parking so close people cant open their doors. There as been abother accident where one neighbor hit another car because the office ladies were parked so close and they couldnt get into the spot in front of their own apartment. There is no front or back yards at all. If you have something on your porch that they dont like the look of then they will harass you with letters on your door and emails until its how they want it.
