I bought a new Moen bathroom faucet because my mother-in-law's was leaking badly. I was happy that I found a Moen, which is headquartered not far from where I live in Ohio. The faucet installed quickly, easily, and didn't leak. Now my in-laws have their bathroom back because it was out of commision for a while. I also bought and replaced the shower head and shower accessory hanger. All were much needed upgrades. I noticed a large rat patroling my in-laws yard, so I purchased a rat trap to handle that issue. As a result we paid for items we never asked for nor were ever consulted about. Post sales service is none existent, we were sent wrong drawer fronts and were told it would be 7 weeks before we'd see the replacement. Terrible service, would not recommend. Other company on islands are available, use them. We overpaid and now we have to spend time with remounting the new drawer fronts along with purchasing the correct 'screw' head to install them. If we had used a contractor we'd have had to pay him for his time to do it, and highly doubt MSI would reimburse us for THAT added expense. BUYER BEWARE!
