My experience with this store is the absolute worst service I have ever received. I worked in the…read moreservice industry for years and never write reviews but after fighting to get my three rolls of negatives back for over two weeks, and going in 5 times, and having them mix up and then lose my film, have them tell me I never turned it 3 rolls, only 2, even though I have the envelopes for 3, then they find the third then realize they didn't get scanned and have to send it out AGAIN, I need to say that it is horrible working with them. Envelopes for development are left haphazardly on desks, every time I've been in they spend the first 5-10 minutes just trying to locate my order, instead of dealing with the problem they just say "come back in a few days." It has been incredibly frustrating and I will not ever be going back.
