The appetizer consists of sushi, tempura and greens, which were all excellent. A generous portion of lobster soup followed, which was perfectly balanced. The 'main' course was half a lobster, prepared in choice of boiled, baked (with cheese) and steamed. The lobster was not very large, but exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and taste. Certainly a restaurant I will be returning to on my next Eindhoven visit.
