Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before. We have had several situations in which we used there services. The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall. They came out and gave us an estimate. They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional. We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately. Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required. The second time we used them was a complete disaster. They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house. This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls). When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies). He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house. After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies. He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work. After all of this we decided to call in another plumber. Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed. This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He also completed the job in less than an hour. His cost was less and he was excellent. Our advice is not to use this plumbing service. You will overpay and they are unprofessional.

They took the photos and were hired and paid to issue a statement on what happened to make it less hard on a single mother with a child that has special needs, to provide a home that isn't full of the remnants of some lazy company that failed to provide what they charged and took thousands to not complete. They hired kids for the most part, then had my home at their mercy and when i let them know the workers tried to get business from us outside of what we hired the company for, and that equipment was still here.. they showed to take pictures (likely for an insurance claim on the materials) then they left it' all here, including the mess from the damage they made, and all i wanted was it finished.. so they smiled and said they'd get right back to us, and that was that. Unlike them, I'm not in the habit of saying things im not able and willing to back up with more than my mouth and welcome any resolution. It's saying more about them than me though if I'm only able to get a reply because i called them out on here.
