It is open during the Cliffs of Moher's operating hours, which vary by season. I enjoy visiting places that aren't your normal souvenir store. Craftworkers' Street is just down from the Visitor's Center entrance to the Cliffs of Moher and worth a look. The Moher Music Store is warm and friendly, and I should have paid more attention to the CD selection. I settled instead on a cute, cool, and county-specific mini-hurley, with full intention to do some research on this Irish sport.
