They're the best with my puppy dog and your puppy dog they're busy and they keep up they work hard, and long and smile they take care of our pets. We gotta work shop, and those pets can be pretty time-consuming a lot of physical and mental labor. They offer all kinds of amenities from treats to walk to grooming. to keep our pets, safe they follow the laws and there isn't anywhere else I would take my puppy dog to be cared for with the trust that I have in frrr babies. In response to your videos you posted since you've deleted my comment and claiming neglect on my…read morepart. Well here's all the things that were absolutely false that you claim. And no, "that lady" was not put in her place just because some of your clients commented and believe what you said. And yes, hair can grow but you may have messed up his coat entirely. Get permission the next time you shave someone's ENTIRE dog. 1. This dog is 100% Siberian Husky. There is proof from a DNA test. 2. He is not even close to 70lbs. Try 54lbs. 3. His hair was ripped out behind his ears from brushing. No. The hair that was being brushed out was hair he was shedding and he gets hot spots that are treated so no. His hair was not ripped out by brushing too hard. That spot you're talking about was not red before coming to you. It was his normal skin color so whatever was done there irritated the skin. Probably by brushing too hard. 4. "Do whatever you need to do" was NOT said. 5. You may have been doing this for 17 years which means you should have the ability to say this was too much for you and a simple "hey, I'm sorry I don't have enough experience with this kind of dog to comfortably groom him" and a groomer who specializes in the breed would have been found. You were asked before the appointment was made if you're able to do husky's. 6. The mattes were on his belly and butt/back legs. That is what was okayed to shave. 7. The 6-8 week schedule was not addressed. What was said by your employee was to bring him back in 10-12 weeks. 8. As a business owner and the extreme measures that were taken, you should have been there when he was picked up to explain this. If this was your decision, you should have been there. 9. There is absolutely no way he would bite anyone. He is not an aggressive dog. 10. "Even if I would have sent the dog home, she [probably] would have been mad." You're not going to make assumptions on "what if I did it this way. You didn't do it that was so you don't know how it would have been handled. It would have been preferred to take him to someone who knows how to groom this type of dog and has experience with them. Because NOW he looks neglected like someone was trying to save a buck and shaved him at home when in fact paid $89. 11. A return appointment was not going to be made. 12. He is NOT neglected. He was brought to you, a groomer, because it is your job and you've made a career out of it and it was stated you groom husky's so that's where the trust was. 13. The mattes were on the BELLY and BUTT/back legs. That could have nicely been shaven to look somewhat decent. There was nothing wrong with the top of his body. That did not need to be shaved nor was permission given for that. Had the top been left alone, he would have looked fine for the most part. 14. The message you explained to your family member was relayed back and yes she would understand. Obviously she's going to trust you, and what you said needed to be done because you're family. There was no intention of putting her in the middle. 15. The shave job as he sits is awful. It's nowhere near even and it's very patchy. It looks like it was done in the dark or someone's clippers were about to die and the decided to do the quickest shave possible. 16. The only fluffy hair is on his head where it wasn't shaven. So to say there's plenty left is false. 17. He does absolutely fine when others brush and trim him with clippers. He doesn't cry even when trying to take care of the matted parts so for him to cry when he was there means someone was being too rough. 18. You're not going to judge them for not brushing? You're literally saying he's neglected. 19. I've stayed quiet until now because It was better for me to cool down before addressing publicly so I wouldn't jump down someone's throat for what was done to my dog. Yes, I'm angry. I cannot stress enough that he is not neglected. Because his belly and back legs were matted? Please. You're more than welcome to ask the vet about his health and condition since you've already requested records.

We had just gotten her and I wanted her to be completely pampered. Unfortunately when we got her back we were in complete shock. We are 1st time pet owners so I wasn't sure what she was supposed to look like but I do know that we weren't happy with her cut at all. We took her immediately to get a 2nd opinion before we decided to do anything further with pampered pups. When I took her in their response was "I don't want to bad mouth another business, but we would have never sent a dog home looking like this." Another gentleman that works there walked up as I was scheduling the earliest appointment possible for my dog & he said "it looks like maybe this person was new and didn't really know what they were doing." After I left I decided to reach out to pampered pups and just let him know that we weren't happy with the services at all. He was very friendly and offered to fix it or refund the money (almost $80). At that point I felt like I wasn't going to be satisfied with anything he could have done to try and fix it so I opted to have a refund instead. He texted me a void receipt later that night but 2 weeks later and nothing has been returned so I decided to reach out again to him and he said he would contact the company and he was in the process of changing companies because he has had problems with the current one. He said that HR and legal had questions and wanted to know where I had gotten my second opinion. I told him I'd be happy to answer any questions they had & that they could give me a call. Here we are...3 weeks later & I never heard from anybody and I'm still out $80. I took her in today to have her fixed and I am so impressed with the services I received. They remembered my dog and said "it kind of looks like maybe he was trying to put a skirt on her." I will not be returning to pampered pups and do not recommend anybody taking their pet there. I am posting pictures from pampered pups services and then pictures from when I got her back.
