They gave notice that I had thirty days to move out without any lawful reason. I tried to reason by asking for the payment back and I never received it back. Joe mallozzi the reginal manager was not helpful and He kept telling me it was it was returned and it's was not. They sent a my letter back that I had sent them but not the money order. If they would have had said they lost the payment then could have understand but they lied to me and now it become a legal matter in small claims court. All I wanted was my payment back.
