I'm a Realtor who has referred few clients to Mohan, knowing he will provide my buyers excellent customer service and communication, as well as a smooth closing process. Mohan is an amazing loan agent who always responded to emails and calls within 24 hours or sometimes right away. Mohan knows his field & care about his clients very well. As a Realtor I work with many Lenders but he is exceptional. We did a very tough short sale with a pretty tough client and he was there for me the entire time and kept me updated. He was able to make me laugh throughout this process. I would highly recommend Mohan Cheema to anyone looking for lender who really is on top of his job and communicates!!!!! I have never met such a caring gentleman. He always has a smile and is really truly happy to help his clients with anything! He cares about his clients getting their dream home more than anything else. If you need a home loan and you are looking for personal relationships and not feel like your being rushed. A perfect gentleman who is very personable and professional. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further. Solid mortgage advisor and more importantly a genuine person. "Highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Always looking out for his clients' best interests." I thank Mohan for his patience, knowledge, and most of all, honesty. Again, you the man in the mortgage industry. read more

What can I say about Mohan Cheema and Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation. They are simply the best. I am an older low income earner that works full time and goes to college full time. I was looking to buy a $100,000 home in Fresno, California. Most real estate agents wouldn't work with me. Mohan did a lot of hard work on my behalf and I was able to find a real estate agent that went to bat for me. When I finally found a place that I put a bid on, that's when Mohan swung into action and kept all the other participants in the process working at top speed and efficiency. The last week before I received the keys to my $100,000 home, I received an email from Mohan with the cashier's check dollar amount needed by First American Title to close the deal. It was about $6,000 less than I thought it was going to be and Mohan had also arranged for me to take advantage of $3,000 that the state of California kicked into the deal because I am a low income earner currently. If you want a pro for the job, and you want to buy a home, and you want everything to be far beyond your expectations, give Mohan a call, it'll be one of the better financial decisions you ever make in your life. Mohan Cheema made it possible for us to get our first home. I am a first time home buyer but I could not get a loan because I get paid differently as a traveler/contract and I've been turned down by other mortgage companies. Then I met Mohan and explained to me the loan process and the steps that I need to do. He is very knowledgeable and committed, extremely communicative, personally reaching out to us to make sure we were staying on course. He made the loan process very smooth and he did what others could not do. Today I got the keys to our beautiful new home. I am very thankful to Mohan and I certainly give my highest recommendation and will certainly utilize his services should we need them in the future. Thank you Mohan! read more

My name is Janie Martinez, I first met Mr. Cheema in 2014, with his knowledge and experience it became possible to become a homeowner. His diligent work from step one through the signing of the loan documentation, is the main factor that outstands a person's work and automatically instills the confidence in a buyer. Since the initial purchase in 2014, I have sought Mr. Cheema's assistance twice, in refinancing my loan, making it possible to better benefit from all economical aspects. Although, I receive tons of mail from other loan companies, offering their service, I have chosen to each time, return to Mr. Cheema, why? because of all of his qualifications and the confidence, that he instills from the get go!!!!!! read more
