The only draw back is space when it comes to waiting in line during the busy days. There's only room for about three to four cars in the lot ahead of the wash bay entrances before you find yourself in line on the 4-lane state route in front of the place. This creates of bit of a traffic issue for passing motorists accompanied with sometimes nasty looks as they pass by. I personally don't think it's worthy of losing a star because of this but those passing by may think think differently. Nice little amenity to have in my hometown.

You further state that customers are washing their cars at an alarming number of times per month. Is this a UNLIMITED car wash plan that was purchased? How can you limit the number of car washes on a UNLIMITED car wash plan? It would not be an unlimited plan if there are limits. Is that false advertising? How about when attempt to go through the car wash and the doors don't open and you get charged with washing your car? How about when you go through the car wash and the pressure goes through both wands instead of one causing the pressure to be decreased leaving bird shit and dirt still on the car. We purchased a UNLIMITED car wash plan to keep our cars clean. You don't know if we wax our cars weekly, monthly, or yearly to protect them from the hazards. If we would only run our cars through your car wash a couple times a week then we would have to hand wash because your car wash would not keep the buildup off the cars. I have also read that if there is a buildup of dirt on the car then the dirt washing over the car causes scratching to the paint. It is safer to wash the car daily and keep the buildup off the car. As far as the soap, the acids in the soap only effect the paint if they ARE NOT completely rinsed off. If the daily washes effected the paint, then that shiny orange car that you worker Joe drives through the car wash every day wouldn't look shiny all the time! After reading your reviews that one person stated that you refused to let him purchase a second UNLIMITED car wash plan because he "abused the system". Give me a break, how can you abuse the system when the system is unlimited? If you purchased an unlimited coffee plan and every morning you stopped and picked up a cup of coffee on the way to your office in Vienna, your saying that the coffee shop should say that you can only get 2 to 3 coffees a week because they read that too much coffee is bad for your health! Or how getting a free donut with a coffee purchase every day. Yeah people might get fat, but it is not for you to say.
