He offered no direction to the 2 ladies i witnessed before me. Then myself, having brand new wheels, I was cautious to not damage my wheels and that made me a :MF'ing slow dumba$$" in his words He's lucky my collection of high speed hole punchers is worth more momey than he makes in 3 years because he probably would have been the victim of a felonious assault that day. I had to call the main office again since they never called me back. This time I was put in contact with a super customer service specialist!! Wow, what a terrific idea! She listened to my concern and then walked me through the process of resolving my concerns. First, ModWash has two(2) apps. One (1) for New Jersey and one (1) for everywhere else. I unfortunately had the New Jersey app but live in South Carolina. We entered the correct app and registered and like magic my information appeared. It seems to be working for most everything except the location cameras do NOT read my license plate so a human has to punch in my information in order for me to get my car washed. The experience continues!!! The car wash is actually pretty good. The cost per month is a good value. They just need better software and communication with there franchise owners!! read more

Didn't get to do the windows as it seemed we only had 1 window cleaner bottle for like 4 days. This was our first time getting my daughter's van washed here. She almost always uses the one in our hometown. It's conveniently located to where we live. She has a monthly membership to wash her car as needed. We didn't know if it would be honored at another location or not. They did honor her membership no questions asked! Outstanding! This is my first time coming here. Ms.Lorraine was very helpful and asked me did I need anything, my niece enjoyed her company as well, very sweet lady. I like the fact that Modwash was very close to my house. Modwash is very clean, reliable and the customer service is excellent. I like the fact that this carwash is in town and you do not have to travel far to get to it. I also like the fact that it wasn't very crowded but I am sure it will be in a few months. They have fresh towels stocked the cleaner filled in the bottles. I also like the fact that the suctions worked in the vacuums and they were clean as well. He talked to me about getting a membership for the same price as the specific wash I was getting and I didn't think I would use it that much but I have used it way more than expected.
