Everyone was really good about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. The dentist even spent an impressive amount of time with me which I was surprised about. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention. I did not receive any calls or texts on the day of my appointment that communicated any cancellation. They could not provide any proof that they called me three times. My question is, why do they constantly harass you with texts and calls to confirm the appointment, but when it comes to canceling it, they give zero notice? My issue is they never explained this clause when we called in to cancel in the first place.
