No help offered just how wrong you are for what you have bought. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR HELP! spend the time to go to a better customer service business. Take the time to drive into Sherman to an actual helpful place. Edit: Left Barretts, drove to Sherman and got actual help and service. Solved the problem I had and did so smiling all while offering help and sound information. It's amazing to me that further out businesses think that since they are the only option close they can treat their customers poorly. Service is worth the drive!

TMC on Main St in Denison is absolutely the best. I was in need of a knee cruiser (scooter) . My…read moremom and I went to the store on October 18th and spoke to Trina. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! Trina was awsome!

If you like pharmacy staff lying and leaving out information when dealing with them than this is…read moreyour pharmacy. If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say you can and take their information down. If you have a backlog of patients waiting on the same medication don't say it will be ready the next day. If you like to just be told to go to Walmart instead because you called twice in one day to see if your medicine was done than this is the perfect place. All they had to do was be honest. Please come in and fill out new patient info so we can call you, that medication has several patients waiting and it may be a while before we have yours. Seriously. This is crap customer service at its absolute best. Patients are people and we deserve honesty, competency and communication.
