This is the…read moreworst business that I had the misfortune to experience. when you drop your clothes , you will be asked if you been there before and or take your name and phone # , period. you be told when is your items are ready and good bye. No paper work ,no receipt of any proof you were ever there, I, drop off two pant and two light jackets, two days later, got the pants and one jacket, Pants with double crease about an inch apart, (didn't noticed till a lady at the doctor office keep starring at my pants legs, the missing jacket became a nightmare, the following date got a message to come and pick up the missing item, next day I, went to retrieve and got stuck in traffic due to road repairs, at 11:27 got a message that the previous message was computer generated and the item was not found yet, I, arrived at 11:35 and explain the I just got the corrective message, this created a situation that quickly escalated d she was very obnoxious and rude, Karen very wisely new the location of their cameras and made sure that she could manipulated the situation (she done this before), I was told to leave the store or she will call the cops, which I also did, since they are stealing from you and call the cops on you, the police inform me that it was a Civil Suit, (which I intent to follow, is a manner of principle), be Aware that without a writing receipt you have no way of proving you drop off the any of the items, therefore if they like your clothes they will keep it, she had the nerve to ask for proof of purchase for the jacket, who keeps receipts for clothes you had for a year, cleaning prices went from $19.** to $26.** to $46.** since I was missing a jacket she supposedly refund $20.** which to this date is not showing on the card statement. again with uot a receipt you have no idea how much you will be charged,. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CLOTHES , WHAT EVER YOU GET BACK , CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE, THEY HIDE THIER INCOPETENCE WITH TANTRUNS AND TREATS ,AND REMEMBER THECAMERS ARE BEEN USED TO SET YOU UP, HOW THESE CHARACTERS STAY IN BUSSINES IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM KARENS, THEY ARE THIEFS AND LIARS.

    Riggings is a high quality, responsible, family owned business... run by friendly people who get to…read moreknow their customers. They supply a bag for you to bring your clothes much like other cleaning businesses. They don't have a name tag on it so on occasions we will notice that we have a smaller bag returned with our order. If you have a lot of cleaning you might want to notice that and ask for a larger bag... that's my only complaint. The place is reasonably easy to get in and out of. At times the traffic on Main Street can be heavy, but I have never had a real problem with it. Just drive around and someone will meet you under the covered overhang that is useful in rainy weather. My shirts are always perfect.... We've been customers for a while and plan to stay that way.

That is no longer the case after today…read more My husband, of Filipino descent and having lived in the USA since he was 3 yrs old, went there today to pick up our drycleaning. The lady waiting on him was an older woman with dark hair. He handed her the ticket. She badly mispronounced our last name and my husband's reply was, "****, just like it is spelled." She walked away and hunted for the clothes. She had a hard time finding them and asked the other gentleman standing there to go look for them. She then looked at my husband and said, "Do you not know how to speak English?" My husband shook his head in disbelief and said, "Why would you ask me that?" She replied, "Because you aren't saying anything. Sometimes, this time of day, I pick on my customers." Why would she say that? She never asked him anything. She was being rude, assuming, and prejudice. The other workers there are very nice. Too bad that one employee ruins the experience for everyone. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
