The water hose they provided the sleeve was very large, did not fit my house connection, and I was not given the correct attachment. I spent over an hour trying to get everything working until a neighbor was kind enough to provide an attachment that allowed us to use the waterslide. I also contacted the owner for help, but the instructions I was given were incorrect. I was told to disconnect the hose completely from the top and attach my hose directly, which was not the correct solution. The setup team arrived later than expected, which cut into the limited rental time. I was also told they would arrive before the party started and after ending I would be given additional time, but that did not happen as expected. They arrive for pick up 15 minutes early. Since the rental was already very expensive for only four hours, losing part of that time was especially frustrating. The kids were able to use it for 2 1/2 hours due to all the nonsense. Although the workers were polite, the overall service, communication, setup, and time management were not what I expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company and would not use them again.
