We stopped by for valentines day because it is one of my and my husbands favorite places. The food as always was amazing. The service was good but not at its best. As a manager of another busy food restaurant I could tell that they were severely under staffed. One poor associate was trying to run the oven, register, hand out and then on top of it the assembly line kept asking her to restock them. You could see the stress and frustration written on her face which is completely understandable. For the manager you have a very spectacular associate doing her absolute best to continue to pump out the best product but if you continue to use her this way you may lose a very valuable member of your team. I'm a veteran...so I went into get a pizza I was nice to the guy..I told him what I wanted and he asked for my name ..I told him john and he wrote something else ..I told him it's fine that he could calll me whatever as long as I got my order ..i know my order and to call me ..its super loud in there so they can't hear me then I understand..he got super frustrated with me and ..walked off cussing saying fuck loud..I respond back in his language and the manager came out and kicked me out..he said it's a family place ..but hes got kids working in the back cussing with no respect for people in general..this all happend in front of 2 employees ..I also have a family I definitelywont bring them to get cussed out and made a fool out of in front of the entire restaurant..they treat veterans like trash..food is completely garbage ..subway of pizza . read more

Worst "fresh pizza" I've had in my life. Digiourno is better. The employees were screaming over my pie inevitably sharing their salive with me. No short of eight people touched my pizza. A sweating guy with a beard and no beard net was the first to not give a fk about my meal, followed by four others in the "prep" line. Pizza was burnt when it came out and so light on cheese you couldn't justly call it a pizza. I ordered a mini and felt sorry for my wife that ordered a small. This establishment is an atrocity. Can't go wrong with unlimited toppings on a fresh, made to order, 10 inch pizza for less than $8. All ingredients were fresh. I ordered and paid online, so when 12:30 (set pick up time I asked for) came around, all I had to do was walk up to the pick up counter and my pizza was ready and paid for. Really decent for what it is. Line to order took awhile because even after waiting in line for 10 minutes, dumb people stare at the toppings and contemplate what everything is and how it would taste. Besides that, once order was in, it took maybe 5 minutes. Super quick and reasonable priced. 4 11" pizzas and 4 sodas was 32 bucks. You can order a 16" pizza from a shitty place in town for under 27 bucks. Will defintely revisit. The ladies making pizza were extremely nice as fuck. But lady doing the payment, not so much. Just slid my card back at me with a pen and walked away. The lemonade they had was good. The tea was so great, but i am not a big fan, so i wont be judgemental. I love thin crust, but I wasn't a fan of theirs. It says it's all made fresh to order, but I thought there crest seemed really cheap. Like the kind of crust you would get at a chain place or the kind that's mass produced. On my only visit, they had no way to inform you when your lunch was ready - you were shunted to a seating area and a man yelled out your name. As someone who really likes custom pizza, I have always been pleased with what MOD Pizza makes. Today, we were able to test them with a 23 pizza order. Not only did it come off without a hitch, it was quick and well done. Prices are more than fair for what's offered, and the ability to really create your own pie with a lot of choices is simply not found elsewhere. I would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

Ok a great new fast option in Medford where we need some new good options! Service is pretty good getting faster only a few employees that want to skimp mostly on the cheese none of the other ones seem to mind to give me what I ask for ... extra Extra EXTRA cheese! You tell them to keep piling on the toppings they well. The only thing is it my pizza is cooked near the opening the toppings don't get hot enough on the top (I believe) so I ask for it extra crispy or burnt! Can't beat it for the price read more

They're friendly and the food is good. They're SLOW though. Often I go in and there are 8+ people working but a line out the door. I know there's only so much space available for food prep and cooking but it's frustrating when you see half the staff just standing around. The only thing that's bad about this place is the line is a little big sometimes. Otherwise it's extremely fun to make your own pizza in the toppings they have are very delicious. I like to get the white and red sauce with drizzled pesto sauce on top of that. Then I like to utilize pepperoni and chicken sausage spicy with onion and pineapple. So, after hearing all about how great this place is and how the pizzas are all the same price no matter the toppings I decide to go in with my family. We waited almost 30 minutes in line. Then when we finally did make it to the front to order we were treated to some spectacular displays of "I dont wanna be here" attitude from the line cooks. The manager was the one initially taking our order and while she was flustered and somewhat irritated i could tell she was trying to put on a good face and be helpful. The guy next to her however not only looked like he just crawled out of sleeping in his car in the parking lot he was rude AF and LITERALLY threw the toppings onto our pizzas. Needles to say I was a little agitated and when I went to the register to pay I asked the manager if we had done something wrong or were a bother, because as I stood there in line the same cook that had had such a poor attitude about our food was laughing and talking with some people and taking great care to make them beautifully put together pizzas. I asked why our pizzas were literally thrown together while these people got perfectly built pizzas. I could tell she immediately realized that our pizzas were bare and looked like someone had tossed them together while the ones coming off the line behind her were picture perfect. She offered to remake our pizzas and I said sure. "Remaking" our pizzas consisted of pulling them out of the oven and piling cheese on top and throwing them back in. The guy finishing the pizzas also had a bad attitude and was literally throwing pizzas into platters and onto the counter. Moral of the story, if you're going to have an open kitchen, make sure your cooks are personable and polite and dont openly display their disdain for the job. It doesn't instill faith in your product to watch someone throw your food around like its yesterdays garbage all while displaying an attitude that let's everyone know they'd rather not be there. read more

I was quite impressed and thought it might be our new favorite lunch spot. .Food was fantastic Tried them for the 2nd time today; terrible service and my pizza was sloppy and appeared to be missing most of the cheese that I had selected. 1/4 of the crust was burned, as was that on one of my colleague's pizza. The two persons who picked up the pizzas for us said that the service was very unpleasant today and that they likely wouldn't return. VERY disappointing experience! read more
