He didn't have the right size but said that he could get the right size the following day. He'll even deliver straight to the airport for 20 euros. They didn't have a huge selection but considering how difficult it is to 1. find a pet shop in italy 2. find a pet shop that sells dog carriers for flight and 3. speaks english...
