I purchased a car for my pregnant daughter in January 2025. There were signs that they were not…read morebeing honest. The price was more than advertised. They said they applied a special coating of paint on their cars at our costs. We were told the car had a warranty from BMW. We wanted to get the car that day so they said we could schedule an appointment the next day to go over the car. They cleaned the car but sent us home with a car that kept shutting off. When I got home I called them and they asked me if we can get a jump and they would called with a time for service for the next day which they did not. I called to let them know I was taking the car to BMW and they will have to pick up the cost of the bill. They got a service by 12 that day. Little did we know why. Two weeks ago the check engine light came on so my daughter called BMW to find out about the warranty and they told her there was no warranty it was with Auto Shop service mechanic. She went in and they told her they would call her and did not. During that time my daughter ended up having the baby. On the way home I saw the light for the breaks and asked if they ever called she said no. I said call them now. A man answered and looked up my name and the car. I told him I was upset about this and he told me I brought the car in January and he could not do anything about the breaks but he could put me in touch with his service department. I told him why would I want to give them more of my money. If you ever see this company run do not walk. Do not believe any of their lies sold as half truth. They are greedy and unprofessional to say the least. They blatant disregard as to what happens to people in these cars after leaving that lot is reckless. They put the life of my daughter and her unborn child in danger more than once and I hope they get the same for their love ones. This car was not sold AS IS. It was sold on a bunch of lies with some marketing bull. Who buys a car and the breaks don't work in five months. God knows what else don't work. BMW should sue them for lying using their name as part of their ploy to sell their cars. No paperwork for battery or anything else that was given. Disappointed, angry, disrespected and sad. They apologized and admitted they were wrong and two days later replied they were not at fault.
