We bring 3 of our furbabies to Lovet and always had a positive experiences. We always do the first morning appointment and the woman that greets us is always kind. Typically Zachary sees our Bella and is very thorough and explains everything. Techs have all been amazing and show compassion with our pups. Yesterday we took Bella in for her annual check up and some vaccines. The doc we had wasn't one we had before but she literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. Didn't ask us any questions. Just was quick, administered the vaccines and took off and her tech took over the rest. $80 for what? It's not like she was super busy,overbooked or behind. Appointments are what? 30 mins? I even made a comment to the tech how crazy quick that was and she replied saying well we don't want to keep you here all day. I get that and appreciate that. But 5 mins? Just the lack of any sense the doc cared is what bothered me the most. We live in a 15 mile radius of 8 Lovet locations so I guess we will try another location next time. Suggestion for the App developers: Please add the dogs vaccine history and transaction history on our profiles. It will help allow us that have to budget to plan our expenses better.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this animal hospital and would not recommend it to…read moreanyone. My dog came in after being bitten and was having a serious allergic reaction with hives. We had already given him Benadryl before arriving. The staff told us they were going to administer a steroid injection, which we agreed to and believed had been done. Later, we found out that no steroid was given at all. Instead, they gave my dog another shot of Benadryl--something he had already received--while acting as if it was the steroid they said he needed. Because his condition didn't improve, we had to rush him to another clinic, where he was immediately given the steroid shot that actually helped him. Beyond the medical issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion. They acted as though they cared about my pet, but their actions proved otherwise. This felt careless and misleading, and it put my dog at risk. Now I'm stuck disputing the charge with my bank for services that were either misrepresented or not properly provided. Please think twice before bringing your pet here. When it comes to your animal's health and safety, honesty and proper care matter--and that was not my experience at this clinic.

We first started with her in Scottsdale and have since followed her to her new clinic in Peoria. Although she is now on the other side of town, we are happy to make the drive for such great care! In the past, our dogs have been a bit stressed as soon as you pull up to the vet and they see where they are. Not this Vet! They LOVE Dr. Lopez and all of her staff. All of my dogs are actually excited to go to this vet! The entire staff gives them a ton of love and ices that cake with some easy cheese LOL. Who doesn't love easy cheese?!?!? I truly hope assurances that he wasn't just suffering and ignored until I showed up true. Quick to suggest just transferring somewhere else when he's now unstable due in no small part to unnecessary surgery.
