Low quality repair parts and poorly installed at that. Staff is not even honest about the quality of their repair parts, outright lying to customers while other repair shops looked at their jobs and could see the faults at a glance. The owner kept flip flopping about his position (from claiming that "he just works there"), went silent and told his entire staff to do the same when I remained firm while he said that it was my fault that my phone still had issues, then finally storming out of his own store and calling me a dishonest liar when I threatened to file a complaint. I thought that it would be good to change the damaged screen for my iPhone 4 at the shop. However it turned out to be the WORST DECISION I have ever made, as the shop did something to the phone which caused the LCD screen to stop working. When I went back the next day to report the problem, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE as they kept saying that it was entirely my fault, and that I had no idea how to use the phone. They even took out their books and threw it on the table to show that they have done so many repairs and that I was the "bad egg". They even refused to return back my original screen, just so I could find another repair shop for my phone. I have never been insulted this much as a customer in my life! All I wanted was for some good customer service and advice on how to go about settling the problem, but instead they chose to give me hell. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT not to send your iPhone for repairs at this shop. You would be better off going to the Apple store next door! read more
