I had been seeing Victoria for about six years and always trusted her with my hair, which is why this experience was so disappointing. When I decided to transition from blonde to red, we discussed the process and moved forward with the color. After the appointment, I wasn't fully rebooked because she asked me to let her know how the color faded first. Within about a week, despite following the hair care instructions she gave me, the color faded significantly. I reached out with photos, asked for hair care recommendations, and followed up multiple times, but I never received a response. If there had been an issue or she no longer wanted to work with me as a client, I would have appreciated honest communication. Instead, I was left with a color I wasn't happy with and no guidance or opportunity to have it addressed. To make matters worse, when I later saw her in person and tried to say hello, she ignored me completely. After six years as a loyal client, that was incredibly hurtful. What disappointed me most wasn't that the color faded - it was the complete lack of communication and professionalism afterward. Everyone makes mistakes, and hair color doesn't always turn out perfectly, but how those situations are handled matters. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a stylist who disappears when a client needs follow-up support. Loyal clients deserve honesty and communication. Unfortunately, I didn't receive either. read more
