The flowers were not delivered to the person or left at the front door, instead, DHL left a note…read morethat the person should collect them from their collection point! Really? Have you ever had to go somewhere to get flowers that someone bought for you??? Flower delivery is not like letter delivery. Really disappointed! Contacting Blume2000 with the complaint above, their answer: "thank you for contacting us. Our delivery partner DHL needs a signature when delivering flowers. When the recipient is not at home the flowers will either be left with a neighbour or at a local post office. Kind regards, " I understand what DHL wants, but still doesn't solve Blume2000's issue with the customer experience. I definitely do not want to send flowers to an old lady, only to have her go to the trouble to find a way to go to the next city to collect them. It is just plain not ok. Not to say that DHL leaves a note saying "the package" should be collected within 7 days. And the fresh flowers sit there for up to 7 days till she manages to get them. What a joke! Looking at all other comments here, is not a new issue and it is not limited to my experience. When a business: - knows something is not working and still don't fix it - gets a complaint and don't even bother apologising Do not recommend and I will not use again!!
