My journey: first, I enrolled online, then I went after a few weeks to pay at the main office. They could not find me in their system. Fair enough, maybe I enrolled incorrectly. Then I enrolled there, in person: one of their employees added me to a course that started 1 month later, and then I paid by card. (on the same day) I call the week before the courses start, to confirm again the hour and day I will start my course. they look me up and say they do not have anybody else in the class but me, so they made a mistake, probably not selecting the correct course. They say they will refund me. They give me a whatsapp number to send my bank details. I send the bank details on that number. I call again next week to see where my money is. They claim they have not received the details. I send a message on whatsapp with them on phone. They say it is not the number I was given. I send them now an email with my bank details. They see I paid cahs- I paid by card and also have the transaction. I pary I will giet my money back before Christmas.

Before I paid they treated me great, every day they called to show they were interested...they made me feel good. This place is a scam. They don't care if you learn German. The teachers are arrogant and while the whole class was not happy with the teacher,and the management of the tutorial did nothing about it. We all called the management to complain about the teacher and the next day the teacher told us that he is running the place and nothing is going to change. I started to feel strange emotions, the main one being sadness, but I tried to convince myself that I will learn German with whatever teacher they give me, so we all compromised with the teacher and went ahead with the lesson. The lesson was monotonous, and the time was precious for all of us. Immediately after 2 weeks there was an incident which is as follows:we finished the unit and the professor made us write sentences and then do something like a theater all together,to learn how to make sentences with proper grammar and proper sentence structure. And I with humor as always and as everyone in the class knows,I said my own sentences. One girl whom I respect and I TRULY mentioned her name as an example was offended and called her husband the next day to come to the tutorial and make a fuss. He walked into the classroom where we were having a lesson, interrupting the flow of the lesson and started yelling at me and kept saying he was Austrian .For five whole minutes he was in the classroom yelling at me without anyone from the tutorial coming and telling him that what he was doing was forbidden. He was there all day accusing me of mobing his wife (which I did what the teacher asked us to do, nothing else) And of course the tutoring center was afraid he might sue them or whatever and they offered him free lessons for the next level. They played it very well and won. But no one came to me to apologize. NO ONE came to me to apologize for what I went through. After this incident I was so upset that I couldn't sleep. i visited my doctor because of stress, I have a problem with my throat and ears i had an ultrasound and all the tests and the doctor said it is from Anxiety and Stress. Why? It is unfair. IT'S FAIR. BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW THE LANGUAGE AND "PEOPLE" HERE IN VIENNA I DON'T DESERVE RESPECT? Not even an apology? I lost my money. I never learned German. They destroyed my psychology. No one ever apologized to me. Just don't make the mistake of going. I didn't want to write any of this, I tried to talk to them but there is so much chaos in there and no one wanted to listen to me.
