You go in the front door and straight up a rather steep flight of stairs, where you'll find a couple of counters and phone accessory displays. One lone guy was working that Sunday but he was happy to help. I have an iPhone 6S which is a few years old now, but they nonetheless had different colours of replacement screen in stock, and he quoted me a great price to do the replacement. Unfortunately he'd injured his wrist recently so said he'd take a little longer than normal, but I left the phone with him for an hour and went to do some shopping over on Gateway and it was all done by the time I came back. Super helpful and friendly service, good prices, and they seem to keep a good stock selection of spare screens too. He even threw in a tempered glass protector for free. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing replacement phone glass, and although I hope I won't need another replacement any time soon, I'll certainly go back if I do need a new screen again. They are located next door to the Grandin Bakery in the same strip mall as Famoso and Reitman's. The store was clean, well organized, and even had candies for kiddos. The sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable. The quote for our iPhone 5c screen was $140 (in the ballpark of other places we found online). We ended up holding out for a Black Friday sale but I would definitely return here again! Hopefully for preventable reasons like a screen protector ;-)

I took my lap top in to get the battery replaced as it wasn't holding a charge while plugged in. Here was the issue: They had my lap top for at least 3 weeks and didn't get ahold of me. I had to call to remind them that I needed to pick it up. They told me there was no charge as they couldn't fix it. I took it home and realized all my programs were deleted ie: all Microsoft programs, Adobe and MS project. All gone. My computer had been wiped clean. I called and asked what happened and I got nothing but excuses... the tech told me someone else at his shop had done this and he wasn't responsible but he knew about it. I was so upset. He told me to bring it in and they would fix it for free. I learned later that all that needed to be replaced was the cord. So instead of checking they messed up my hard drive and deleted all programs and files. Brutal! Never use these guys. Ever! They deleted all my business files, programs and hard drive information and didn't tell me and never would have if I didn't bring it up. User beware!
