For 3 months all we heard was , that will be fixed before final walk threw , that will be addressed at final Clean up and set up , that will be taken care of before you move in , that will be addressed and put on the scheduel . This all began in Nov2021 , home was delivered April 23rd 2022, per there agreement we should be moving in June 23rd (8weeks) there were n9 delays in anything but failing inspections 2 times . 0n July18th We finally had to move in on our own accord! As we were told that they couldn't get final set up done for 2 more weeks ! had already rented our home and made agreements with tenants to be out 4 weeks earlier and moved to a camper on our property to accommodate for the lack of completion of Marty Wright of Andersons lack of contractual completion! We were 7 weeks past our contract dates and paying $40 a day for a moving truck we couldn't unload ! Once Marty Wright received all there funds it all stopped , no return calls ,no return emails ,no return text till the project manager return a text and said I am no longer employed there ! Don't try contacting Corporate as all 17 calls fell on Def ears and nothing was ever done to return one call from Corporate walk final walk threw , never turned over keys , never got a final Clean up of property mess or interior . The home was bent and stuck at the road for 3.5 hours April 29th and the asphalt was deeply scared from getting stuck ,we have floors and walls not attached and pulled out and squeeking floors and bent frame structure as a result , the home is no longer in new condition and we bought a NEW home not a 10 yr old used one . Buyer be ware as there is a list 3 pages long of what was wrong from start to finish and only one line item they did right and that was to receive our funds and not deliver what was ordered on time and with Profesional workmanship and Profesional installers. This a Scott built home and the Manufactorier has been in constant contact .and scheduled repairs for there warranty work but Marty Wright has even stop responding to them about this issue . So we have exhausted our mediator attempt contacting BBB as well as the HUD and its a little hard to mediate when the other party has no intentions of communicating! BUYERS BE WARE .

I was told one could be ordered and would arrive 4 months later. This company does not keep its word. I would steer clear, they clearly have unethical business practices and had a blatant disregard for our commitment with money to buy the home. Totally unprofessional. Will never deal with them again.
