We want to share the wonderful experience we had in listing and selling our mobile home with CURTIS STARBA of Mobile Home Connection. The entire experience was positive, painless, and professional. Curtis was personable, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, forthright, and prompt in answering all of our questions and concerns. HIS EXPERTISE of market values, selling procedures and all that is needed to complete a sale was extremely reassuring for us all. This was our first selling experience and Curtis took us through each step from listing, everything in between, and through the close of escrow with confidence, expertise, and knowledge. We were delighted at how smoothly and quickly every step was accomplished. When we had schedule challenges, Curtis prioritized his schedule to help us. Curtis' expertise and enthusiasm directed us through the entire process, leaving us with a very positive experience. His values, ethics, client commitment, and communication skills exceeded our expectations. We always knew he had our best interests at heart. Our mobile home was sold within thirty days. We are very thankful and if we were ever to buy or sell another mobile home, we will seek out Curtis Starba!! An overall great experience and GREAT AGENT!! Thank You Curtis! This review is long overdue but I feel I have to express what exemplary service I received from two of the sales agents at the Mobile Home Connection, Joyce Parcels and Carolyne Proffer. My sister, in another state, contacted the company in hopes of helping me find a new home and was greeted by Joyce. Joyce skillfully obtained all of our specific wants and needs and arranged for us to tour homes in our price range upon her arrival to San Diego. Joyce is the best there is! She was knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and extremely personable. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make my home buying experience flawless. She expertly handled all the details for my move and followed through helping me with any issues that arose. Carolyne was the listing agent for the home we purchased. She too, is an honest, caring, knowing, and helping agent. It has been almost 2 years in my wonderful home and Carolyne still assists me whenever I have questions or am in need of service. I can't express the gratitude I have for both of these sales agents. If I could give them more stars to show all the hard work and personal service they both provided I would. I wouldn't be where I am today without them. Try them, you won't be disappointed. Outstanding service and knowledge! read more

I am so glad we worked with Mobile Home Connection. Joyce Parcels is extremely professional and helped us get a fair price for our Lakeside mobile home after the original owner passed away. She easily worked with the requirements of the probate court and from a seller's viewpoint, there were no complications, even though the home we sold needed a lot of work. She guided us to selecting a good price and then quickly sold the place. We talked with several other companies before choosing MHC but once we met with Joyce, it was clear this was the right decision for us. Because we wanted a fast sale and the unit needed a lot of work, we were afraid we would have to sell for 'pennies on the dollar' but Joyce set up a deal that was very fair to both buyer and seller, not easy to manage but she made it look easy! Joyce not only helped us work out a fair deal and brought multiple offers to us, she smoothed out all the kinks in the process so it went very easily to closing. I also met with Rosemary and several others in the office and every encounter was professional, helpful and made me feel like a valued client. I would strongly recommend this company and especially Joyce Parcels for anyone wanting to buy or sell a mobile home in San Diego area!! read more

About Mr. Hugo Muñoz, Real estate agent. We meet him by chance over a question or posting for a condo for sale. We are first time buyers., we had a great experience with our real estate agent Hugo Muñoz, from the beginning, he was very patient and very knowledgeable, he guided us and explained the whole process, Mr. Munoz was also always on top of the paperwork necessary for the bank/finance company. Always guiding and advising on making offers for showings both regular homes, condos or manufactured homes. We had some issues with our original appraiser, at Mr. Muñoz, suggested using another lender, all the paperwork was all turned in on time, again Hugo saw to that. The appraisal also went smoothly, house value was appraised correctly. Always with diligence Mr. Muñoz was always on top of everything. We were blessed to have Mr. Hugo Muñoz as our real estate agent, we would have not made it thru the whole process without is due diligence, patience and knowledge and guidance. We are now the proud owners, of a Manufactured home. We wholly and heartedly recommend Mr. Hugo Muñoz to anyone in need of a real estate agent. Thank you. DaCosta Family. read more

My husband and I were looking to buy a traditional home, but the prices in San Diego are outrageous. We decided to look into a mobile home and found Tracy. On our very first meeting, she took us to a couple of parks and she showed us a new home and previously owned home. We fell in love with the new home, but not the park. She informed us that the exact model was being placed in another park and asked if we wanted to see the space. She took us to see the space and the home had just been delivered and was still in process of being put together. We didn't need to see the inside of this one because we had just seen it at the other park. We fell in love with the view, the neighborhood and the quietness of the area. We immediately wrote an offer and it was accepted. I work in the mortgage business, so I knew what was needed by my lender straight out. Tracy stayed on top of everything through the process and answered all of our questions. She made time to meet with us or call us whenever we needed her. We are so thankfull for her guidance and we are loving our new home! read more

We just received our keys for our new home and couldn't be happier. Kari Clarke was an incredible realtor, showed us a few homes, and really jumped through hoops to make sure the one we chose closed quickly and smoothly. Rosemary Aljundi was a joy to work with while we signed the closing documents. And everyone we've ever met in this office was incredibly warm and friendly. I never felt like they were just in this for the commission. Kari's quick responses via text, email, and phone were always much appreciated! And she went out of her way for our last-minute questions and inspections. Absolutely amazing woman. We never felt pushed or coerced into any decisions, which hasn't been the case with some realtor experiences in the past. If you're looking to buy or sell a mobile home, I strongly suggest Mobile Home Connection. Ask for Kari! She was truly a joy to work with. Thank you, guys. For everything! read more

I absolutely love Mobilehome Connection. The owner and agents are professional and knowledgeable. I purchased my home 12 years ago with them and it went smooth and stress free and with their help they made our dream come true. I just listed my home with Mobilehome Connection and Donna to sell so I could move out of state and be closer to family. Donna was an amazing agent and found a buyer very quickly and was very good at keeping me posted. This experience was as smooth as the first one. The process was quick and mostly stress free (closing was a bit delayed but no fault on Mobilehome Connection, just part of the process sometimes especially during these times). If I am ever in the market again, I will always go to Mobilehome Connection for buying and or selling. If I could have used them for the purchase of my new home, I totally would have. Ann Wright with Mobile Home Connection is a star! She sold my aunt's mobile home for the estate while I, as the trustee, was in another state. Not only did Ann do a great job and sell the coach in three month's time, but she went above and beyond what I expected by helping us with selling and donating furniture and craft items. This entailed many trips over to the mobile home to show items and to organize and clean up as the items were disposed of. When my wife and I came to do remove the rest of my aunt's things, there was really very little to do. The office staff at Mobile Home Connections were also pleasant to work with over the phone and were responsive to the requests I had. I highly recommend Ann and Mobile Home Connection if you are trying to sell a mobile home. Not only did we find a good real estate agent, but we found a good friend! read more

My experience with Ann Wright at Mobile Home Connection was delightful! She spent weeks looking for a suitable home in a good park for our family. Once we settled on one, she made sure the transaction went smoothly. She accommodated my work schedule by allowing me to sign docs in the evening, met with a remodeling contractor on my behalf, and set up the termite inspection! When it was time to sign forms, they were all ready when I walked in. Ann and her husband Rich summarized each one for me, answered my questions, and I was done in no time. I can't imagine an agent doing more! She was helpful, unfailingly pleasant, and bent over backwards to help me. I'm so grateful. She feels more like a friend than an agent. When we sell my mom's home, we'll definitely call Ann! read more

Keri is hands down the best real estate agent I've ever worked with! From our very first meeting, she impressed me with her professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. She listened carefully to what I wanted and guided me through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. What truly sets Keri apart is her dedication. She was always available to answer questions, schedule showings, and offer helpful advice. Her negotiation skills were phenomenal -- she got me an incredible deal. Keri didn't just help me find a house; she helped me find my home. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell. She's trustworthy, detail-oriented, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. read more

This review is for Kari Clarke. Kari has been helping our family for over ten years! From selling a home to my mom to helping my husband and I buy and sell our home. Kari has been amazing every time which is why we keep requesting her! In almost every case, we had last minute blips that would have caused me so much more stress if it hadn't been for Kari saving the day, and being quick on her feet in coming up with a solution. Kari knows her stuff! She has dealt with every situation, and knows what to do in every single one of them. Mobile Home Connection treats their clients like family, and that is apparent in the long-standing relationship we have had with our wonderful agent! Thank you Kari for all of your hard work! We love you! read more

Cindy Crawford is amazing!! We're so happy that we decided to use Mobile Home Connections!! They're truly experts in what they do and have the knowledge and sales to back it up! Mobile Home Connections is fairly new to our park but we heard excellent feedback so we sought out Cindy--she came up and met with us, listened to our requests and concerns and made it happen! They sold it to the first people that looked at it while setting a new comp precedent in our park at the same time! Escrow to escrow baby and we got what we wanted out of it! Trust these peeps, they have all the licenses and will list your home in all the right places! Thanks so much! We hope to see Cindy at our house warming party next month at our new home! read more

I have had two outstanding experiences working with Cindy Crawford of Mobile Home Connections. She has help me on both the selling and buying of my mobile homes. She is professional, personable and works for her client. She has so much knowledge and explains the process in order to be comfortable with the process. She continually updated me and contacted me with new options for me to look at until we would what I was looking for. Once the purchase and sales were made, she still stayed in contact to make sure everything was going smoothly until the day of closeing. Even after closing she would check in to see that everything was okay. I would recommend her to family and friends. Thank you, Cindy, for all your hard work. read more

I had a great experience with Mobile Home Connection. The people who work there are professional, kind, courteous and polite. Kari Clarke made me feel totally comfortable and at ease thru the whole process from start to finish. She was totally transparent and wonderful to deal with. I have complete faith in her and never doubted her for a moment! Would be happy to work with Kari and MHC anytime and probably will in the future. Ann Wright sold my mobile home under some difficult conditions. She was able to work around my ever-changing schedule to show/sell my unit. I have a little dog that is very protective of his home. Although we had some difficulties with sketchy buyers, etc., Ann went far and above the usual Seller's Agent duties and responsibilities. Her kind and friendly style is her greatest asset. The sale of my unit did hit many bumps and turns, but with Ann on my side we crossed all the hurdles, I did want to mention Joyce Parcels, the Buyer's agent, for her kindness and cooperation in the sale. As well as Rosemary in the office who was also instrumental in the transaction. read more

My 80 year old mother was looking to find a home closer to town. She had some friends living in the same park we checked out. She can't climb stairs so this park in Escondido was perfect for her. All the homes are at ground level, making it much more convenient for those with mobility issues. Helena was very patient with us and explained all the forms that my mother had to fill out. She took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable in this purchase. She doesn't like to make decisions so Helena was very good in helping her with her new home. We would recommend Helena to any one looking for a mobile home. read more
