On 6/6/20 I bought a high end side by side from Hall's in Pelham. My salesman was Matt and he went out of the way to keep me informed as they worked through getting the recall done. I had negotiated the deal on the phone and we had agreed on a price out the door. I was anxious to see if that changed when I got there to pick it up. I was surprised that when all was said and done, it was actually about $50 less than we had agreed. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for any type of power sports machine.

beware! I just got off the phone with some woman in service. she was pretty unhelpful. nasty to be…read morehonest. I was trying to get my vehicle in for a service on the suspension/ steering and had a day scheduled but was told they would need it for a few days. seeing as that's out only vehicle I asked about a loaner. well, I was transferred to another woman who was less helpful. here's what I was told, the appointment date is a "drop off" date, not necessarily the day of service. it could be DAYS before they even look at it, not to mention the time to do the actual repairs. I've never heard of this before, lol. so then I asked about a loaner and was told they only have 7 and they are booked for a month, that this was how they do it. another lol moment. ok, at this point I decided to take my business elsewhere, which is what I recommend to whoever is considering taking their car there for any real repairs. what a joke. should be named Pete Less. I only gave 1 star because I had to give something in order for me to share this experience.
