I used the bug wash and scrubbed the front of the car before I went to the wash. The wash did nothing to clean the car. So I am having to go find a self wash place and wash the car again. If I pay $20 for a carwash it needs to clean the car. Lesson learned it is always best to do it your self. UPDATE FROM A RESPONSE FROM ON GOOGLE FROM BUSINESS: The response from the business was ridiculous. It was pretty much blaming me for not cleaning my car correctly. They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Just as other reviews were not happy with the car wash. I have learned my lesson and this will be the last time that I visit this location.
