I had a very poor experience with this shop and would not recommend them…read more I brought my vehicle in for a strut replacement, and after being told the wrong part was ordered twice, I expected the issue to be corrected properly. Instead, without my knowledge or approval, they cut the top hole of the strut to make it fit. At no point was this clearly communicated to me beforehand. Their explanation was that they "tried calling," and even said, "this is why we don't like texting," instead of taking responsibility. That does not justify modifying a critical suspension component without customer approval. What makes this worse is that they came back a second time to check the vehicle. During that visit, I was told nothing was wrong with the strut and that the issue was related to my brakes. Even then, they still failed to mention that the strut had been modified. I only found out later after having someone else look at it. The lack of transparency and accountability is the biggest issue here. Instead of owning the mistake, they continued to shift blame and focus on communication excuses rather than the fact that they altered a part without consent. I also felt the work was rushed. When I asked what was being done after the wrong parts were ordered twice, I was told it would "get done" because they had other customers waiting. No one mentioned altering the part at that time either. I have another vehicle, so there was no need to rush or take shortcuts. I would have waited for the correct part to be installed properly. In the end, I had to request a brand new, unmodified strut and chose not to let them touch my vehicle again. This situation could have been handled professionally, but instead it turned into a frustrating experience with poor communication and questionable workmanship. If you value transparency and want work done the right way, I would recommend going elsewhere.

FIVE stars ALL the way!! Gabriel is fantastic and I highly recommend him and his automotive…read moreservice. Super friendly and extremely thorough customer service and EXCELLENT communication. I live in Tennessee and I hired him to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used pickup truck we were considering buying that was for sale near his location. I say "were" because after his inspection we decided not to buy, at least not at the exorbitant price the seller was asking considering the cosmetic condition of it. Gabriel uncovered and pointed out multiple issues with the body, windshield, etc that the seller was not disclosing, either by omission or from not having an eye for detail like Gabriel does. Online ad pics are good to look at to get you interested, but there's NO substitution for having someone actually put eyes on the vehicle for you. Just goes to show, buying used vehicles sight unseen is a risky proposition. Thank you, Gabriel, for helping us dodge a very costly bullet! AAA+++ service!

I happened to see one of their signs on a pole and decided to check them out. The reviews from other customers really piqued my interest, so I gave them a try. Cheryl was super nice, patient, and understanding. The mechanics worked on the high priority issues first. Awesome job. My truck ran so much better. A few weeks later, I took my truck back to complete repairs on the issues that were remaining. Again, awesome! They completed work on my rear brakes. Anna did the search for new tires and with a pretty good price with Road Hazard warranty. An alignment was completed too. I can't say enough about this business and these wonderful people. After my engine light came on, I took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma to Corwin. They quoted me $7-9K to…read morerebuild my engine and tried to sell me a vehicle. Then I took my truck for a 2nd opinion and another place told me the same issue and tried to get me to replace the engine for $12K and also tried to sell me a car. The only honest people in this town that I have met are APR auto. He took the time to explain that replacing the engine did not mean I would be addressing the problem. I finally decided to take the truck to Hangar 18 because I heard good things about them. When I called Cathy, I was immediately impressed with her. She answered the phone every time I called and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions. She put her master mechanic to work and went through multiple inspections, scans, and pulling things out to check, she recommended a tune up and she replaced the engine coils and spark plugs. She saved me thousands of dollars and so much time to get to the solution. That is not to say that other parts may wear or fail as the truck continues to age and Toyota is not making vehicle to last 350K like they used to, but to get me on the road again was a Godsend. I fully support local women owned businesses and she is exceptional lady in her character and the way she runs her business. I will never take my truck anywhere else. The truck was spotless. I even took it to another place to double check and they said she had it right. My truck is at an age where it will be an engine light or noise or something not working to repair going forward. I think people set unrealistic expectations with repairs. Sometimes it takes digging into something to figure out the issue. I mean, 2 other "reputable" places got it wrong.

I have $35,000 invested in a truck at their shop it's been there for 7 months and they can't get it to run. Put the wrong in engine in it, I gave him another $10,000 to match it up with the right transmission, another $4,000 for new fuel injectors in this engine. So many repairs. So many times going back. So many other mechanics fixing their work! I spent over $80,000 here in a year. Nice people, I don't think it's nothing criminal or negligent, I think they just are not a real mechanic shop. I was promised this truck back in July I paid everything up front it is now January I still have not received this truck all I get is excuses. I will only use for the simplest jobs. Anything electric or tricky just take it to a shop with a decent Google rating.
