Terrible all the way around. Takes 6 weeks to install, and they don't even hook it up, just to flip…read morea switch. Then when it doesn't work right, and it never will, it takes hours to get a tech on the line. Tech can't fix anything. I've been out of ALL services for 5 days, requested a tech on-site twice because it wasn't entered on my first call. Drove more than 2 hours to trade in my router so the clerk could neglect to put in the number from the box, wasting a trip. Called everyday multiple times because they tell you to wait so long and call back. Zero customer care, no phone, no internet no cable. Nothing. It doesn't even look like they're going to attempt to fix it. I work remotely and am taking online courses so I've lost money and my GPA is going to tank--because the internet is offline on post as well...
