I've only stopped in for gas and a quick treat on each visit I've made here, so I can't speak to the repair shop; but the prices for gas are pretty good compared to other stations in the Hartford area and the convenience store has a nice selection of drinks and sweet treats to pick from. There's a great selection of drinks with an entire wall of coolers stocked well with every kind of cold drink you can think of. I discovered an amazing flavored sparkling water here and am officially addicted to it now. I go here sometimes just to get it either to or from work--and no, I don't have [too much of] a problem. There's also a coffee bar with small miniature shelves filled with baked goods to accompany your coffee. The only thing I wish they had was more salty or savory snacks. I had a hankering for pretzels when I stopped in one time and couldn't find any (other than if they were in a small sweet snack mix); I did without them as I had my brilliant sparkling water. Other than that, this small shop and station has your essentials and the staff is really friendly and efficient, too. I'm always in and out within minutes, even with a sizable line forming as I grab several bottles of my water to go. I fuel up here because I find there gas is actually just a little bit cheaper versus another station which is actually a little closer to where I live. It's not that much, but in this economy every bit counts! There's a Subway inside and I do order from there on occassion if I'm in a hurry for lunch, but usually I just come here to fuel up. Most of the time I try to come here early in the morning when it's not to busy or before rush hour, but there are plenty of pumps available and you don't usually have to wait. Again, the key is getting there early in the a.m., if you are able to. The only thing which I really hate, and this is not even their fault is that it seems downright impossible at certain times of the day to turn back onto Blue Hills which is obviously a major, busy roadway. But I just plan my day and my other errands around this so I don't have to deal with that issue.

He kept pumping it until it was $1.39 he then said I had to repay the $40 that I had originally prepaid ultimately charging me $80! I really didn't have that much to pay because I have to pay rent and the clerk said there was nothing he could do, that's the only way he could reset the pump. I should of just paid at the pump and had my bank hold $100 dollars and ran the risk of being scammed. They offered no solution to anything, they didn't even know how to operate their own equipment and I had to pay for it! I would never go to this trash bucket gas station ever again in my life!
