The package was $46 plus $5 for a midsize SUV, so it came out to almost $60 after tip. Our car was not particularly dirty to begin with. The main reason I chose this package was to have the interior properly vacuumed and wiped down, especially areas like the cup holders, center console, dashboard, and back seating area. Unfortunately, those were exactly the areas that were missed. There was still visible dirt and debris in the cup holders and around the center console. I actually wiped down several spots myself before taking the photos, and the dirt came off easily with a wet towel. The back seat area did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The seats were still folded down exactly as they had been, and it does not look like anyone took the time to put them back up in order to vacuum underneath or properly clean that area. I was in a hurry that day and did not have time to bring it up before leaving. I also trusted that the job would be done thoroughly because of the high reviews and because the service specifically advertises attention to detail. I'm leaving 2 stars because the staff was courteous, there was no wait on a Monday afternoon, and the service was quick. However, it was probably too quick considering how much was overlooked. For nearly $60 after tip, especially on a car that was not very dirty to begin with, I was honestly expecting much better attention to detail.

When we drove into the parking lot and spotted our car, it looked like they had done a heavy duty exterior car wash. It was so clean and shiny. The owner, Massoud, came out to show us the cleaning job his team did. It was unbelievable!! The best detail this car ever had!! Massoud's team made our car look almost brand new (or as good as a 10+ year old car could look). In addition, Massoud went on to describe his policy of satisfaction guaranteed. We were so impressed! I came in and saw the "free vacuums" and wanted to quickly vacuum out my car before getting gas. I actually had zero intention of getting a car wash but after pulling up and spending about 20-30 min detailing my car with all the extras (all purpose cleaner and towels, scent, air gun, glass cleaner) and a vacuum that was the strongest suction I have ever seen, I felt guilty just using the freebies and decided to get a wash. Car wash is affordable and they have a monthly plan that also allows you to get your to 30 cents off / gallon of gas. The $10 monthly car wash pays for itself in gas if you fill up weekly. On top of all that, the car wash attendant came out when he saw me pull my mats out and offered to wash them for me unprompted. He even gave me a free towel. On top of that there is a very clean Dunkin inside the gas station and a "taco pros" that far exceeded my expectations for a gas station taco spot. For the most part, it provides everything you need to keep your car clean inside and out. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill. The license plate reader failed on nearly every visit, causing repeated delays at the entrance. A helpful employee once provided me with a windshield sticker to fix the issue, but I explained I don't put stickers on my windshield for safety and aesthetic reasons. That understanding allowed me to keep coming back and even recommend the business to others. The problem began when a newer employee saw me use the sticker, printed and kept my receipt, and gave me the impression I was being checked up on as if I had done something wrong. When I asked why, I was told in so many words that my setup wasn't acceptable and that they would "verify" things. Instead of resolving my concern, it escalated into an uncomfortable argument. Calling to speak with a supervisor didn't help either. I was connected with another employee who, when asked if they were actually the supervisor, replied with "more or less." Overall, what had been a business I promoted and enjoyed has turned into one I can no longer recommend. Miscommunication, unprofessional handling, and the lack of respect for loyal customers overshadow the positives.
