I was trying to pump only $15 dollars worth but when I tried to stop the handle did not work and continued filling gas. I tried different ways to unlock it but the only way to make it stop was pulling it out and gas was still coming out as it was filling my tank. I approached the person at the counter to let him know that the pump was not working and to come with me so that I can show him. he told me that self check out is not his problem. I was charged almost $30 dollars and I only wanted $15, he insisted that is not his problem that if I wanted $15 I have to come to the counter and pay for only $15. I told him that I was not even asking for my money back I only wanted to show them that the pump is broken and it could happen to other people, the owner (he identified later himself as the owner) said you are the first person to complain. Then he became disrespectful saying oh you are very smart ... (in a sarcastic way) and I told him because of his broken pump gas spread all over my shoes and pants, and there were other customers who noticed the smell as well. I decided to leave after the person who said is the owner became disrespectful and did not care about customers. Hopefully this review will help other people to avoid this location.

But with a Wawa loyalty card, we get additional discounts on gas prices. I can't talk about their convenience store here. We didn't go inside. But the pumps weren't that busy on a Tuesday afternoon. The areas around them were fairly clean. And the pump we chose worked well and fast. No issues. Good to know they're here and convenient.

Both orders were missing items both times. the first order was missing a soda. The second order was missing a thing of fruit. I did place a third order because I was in the hospital and I was desperate and at at least that order was finally delivered in full, but that's because insisted that the person picking it up open the bag and make sure everything was in it. It's sad when you place an order and the directions are really, really simple and people still can't do it correctly.

When he went in the lady that was working was named Yannie gave my husband attitude saying that she can't do it the boss is the only one and he's busy running 11 other 7-Eleven's. My husband tried to ask her, hey can we try scanning the barcode, and try to figure it out? She proceed to ignore him and roll her eyes so he got upset and walked out. I went in and spoke with the other person working a man I think his name was Ahmed, I went up and asked if he knew how, and he said no shook his head. I said okay, are you able to call your boss so he can walk you through it? He said no and then he proceeded to lie and tell me that their system was down while helping others on the same system. As I was leaving yannie the worker tried to "confront me". She was being very defensive telling me she wasn't rude and then she tried bringing a random customer into it. I'm not sure why she thinks it okay to do any of that. Their boss should teach them how to do the transaction or at least take that location off the list. Lucky we went to other 7 eleven off 95 & Boynton Beach, and the lady there knew how to do the transaction was super nice and efficient.

If it sounds like I'm aggrandizing a hello, I assure you that that's not the case. I had a great experience here because everything was well lit very clean and had a variety of products. They even had a space Coast credit union ATM, which I thought was interesting and not worthy. I stocked up on a snack and two iced teas that were on sale. I'm happy to have stopped here and had such a great experience. I highly encourage it.
