I needed to get an emissions test done to renew my license plates, and I dread this every year…read more Between working full-time and having limited availability outside of work hours, finding a place that can get me in quickly is always a challenge. I was happy to discover after calling around that the state charges the same amount regardless of where you go. The first couple of places I contacted either didn't have a licensed technician available or couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks. Then I found Cintech! I called and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, and they got me in almost immediately. The waiting room was nice, and they had a huge TV playing the Game Show Network, which I absolutely loved! Unfortunately, I had work phone calls to make, so I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked. The best part was how FAST they got me in and out. I had been worried about running late and throwing off my entire evening, but the service was so quick that I actually beat my daughter home from school! I paid the $24 fee and was on my way. No unnecessary waiting, no hassle, and excellent customer service. They used to have an office dog who crossed the rainbow bridge and now there's a memorial to him. As a dog person, I just loved that. My only complaint is that the business is tucked back and can be difficult to find if you don't already know it's there. It's not somewhere you would necessarily notice just driving down the street, so make sure you know where you're going before you arrive. Overall, Cintech made something I usually dread incredibly easy. The appointment was convenient, the service was fast, and the staff was great. I'll definitely be returning for my next emissions test!

I cannot say enough good things about David and Premium Automotive. This was not just a good repair…read moreexperience. It was the kind of experience that restores your faith that honest, skilled, genuinely caring mechanics still exist. My 2018 Chevy Cruze had gone into "Engine Power Reduced" mode and was throwing multiple codes. Another shop made the problem sound potentially catastrophic and suggested I might need to take it to a dealership for a much larger repair. I was stressed, without reliable transportation, and worried that I was about to face a major expense. David actually took the time to diagnose the problem correctly instead of throwing expensive parts at it. He traced the issue to the oil pump flow control solenoid and wiring harness, not the entire oil pump, and explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why. He used genuine GM parts, replaced the solenoid and harness, removed and thoroughly cleaned the lower oil pan, resealed and reinstalled it, changed the oil and filter, checked the vehicle after everything was installed, reset the oil life monitor, and even aired up all four tires so the tire pressure light was gone. What impressed me most was the level of transparency. David documented the entire repair with photographs and videos, including the old and new parts side by side, the lower oil pan before and after cleaning, the installation process, and the final inspection. I did not have to simply take someone's word that the work was performed correctly. I could actually see it. The report showed zero technician concerns, and I understood exactly what had been done to my car. He also went above and beyond to complete the work and get my car back to me when he knew how badly I needed it. He could have easily pushed it to the next day, but instead he worked late, finished the repair, checked everything carefully, and made sure I was safely back on the road. That kind of effort and consideration matters more than people realize when your car is your transportation to work, interviews, appointments, and everyday life. There were no mystery charges, no pressure, no scare tactics, and no attempt to sell me work I did not need. David saved me from an unnecessary, far more extensive repair while still doing the actual job thoroughly and professionally. David is knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, transparent, fair, and genuinely invested in taking care of his customers. He does not treat you like another repair order. He treats your problem like it matters because he understands that the person waiting for that vehicle matters too. I have found the mechanic I will trust with my car from now on. I would recommend David and Premium Automotive without hesitation to my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone who wants their vehicle diagnosed correctly and repaired by someone who takes real pride in his work. This is what five-star service is supposed to look like. David does not merely fix cars. He earns trust, and he absolutely goes above and beyond.

The next day I call back in and she said she would have to check on it. I told her I would wait on the phone. She said that it had to be ordered and could take a week or more and that she would call me. Two weeks later, the part comes in, they install it but cannot wire it up because it was THE WRONG PART! I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up. We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior. He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy. My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust Tommy at TNT Auto sales!
