Not even a year later, a tire goes flat, had to drive on gravel due to local flooding, and called up Bob's tire to get it warrantied. He flat up told me no, there is no warranty, and that he does not do flat repair. What tire shop does not work on tires? Also why would they not just warranty fix the problem, and move on? And to top it all off, the owner decided to not work on my vehicle, I also needed an inspection, told me to come pick it up and proceeded to just hang up on me! Absolute terrible customer service, I will NEVER recommend him or his shop ever again, and would like to warn everyone else to stay away!
