Incompetent, dishonest, and rude!
Ordered a kitchen in Paris, it took more than a year to deliver and install, with "deliberate" errors in the invoicing for parts never ordered! First the cabinets arrived with the wrong colors; they've claimed it was a Covid issue, I didn't know that color-blindness was a Covid symptom! Logistics manager insisted the invoice had to be paid in full (for the wrong kitchen color) otherwise they won't replace it! Delivery crew was rude and threatening; the sales manager who was fluent in English during the ordering process suddenly lost his ability to speak English dealing with the issues and pretended he didn't speak English (another Covid symptom!). The right color was delivered many months later with lots of missing parts and mismatch of dimensions. Expensive appliances were wrongly installed and had to be reinstalled by equipment suppliers after 100's of calls and emails to Mobalpa. 18 months on, many items are still missing and appliances are not working satisfactorily! They are definitely the most incompetent company in France; it's taking them 18 months to complete a small kitchen with less than 100 parts, at the same time another competent French company, Lagoon, delivered a boat with over 10,000 parts in third of the time during a Covid year; so, it's not a French thing! read more
