This is our 4th trip to Moab, unfortunately my kid started to have eye irritation after we drove through several dusty trails today. We decided to come since this was the only urgent care open and they were going to close in an hour after we had dinner. I'm from L.A so the urgent cares near us usually stop serving or taking in patients before a certain time (in my area), so was expecting the same. Fortunately the staff did not turn us away and made sure my kid was going to get checked out. The receptionist was very helpful, she made sure we were ok for waiting well past the closing hour. We were fine! I also noticed a family come in 20-30 mins after closing and was not English speaking. Instead of the receptionist telling them that Urgent Care was closed, she made an effort to make a call for an interpreter to translate what they needed. In the end they were told that Urgent Care was closed but the ER was open but she really did her best to ensure the patients know this so they can make the best decision on what to do next. The lobby was clean and organized, did not feel dirty at all and seemed new. My kids even got crayons and some paper to color on! It made time go by fast. Also, I came with my wife and two kids, my wife and my kid went to the exam room while I waited in the lobby with my youngest. The feedback I got was the nursing staff and physician were really nice and made us feel like we were in good hands! Although I hope not to ever come back to the urgent care when traveling. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to see the doctor when visiting, or even if you live in Moab! read more

My family was in Moab for 3 days visiting the national parks when I developed a UTI. I arrived 10 min prior to opening and was the second patient to be seen. Everyone was so nice and helpful- receptionist, nurse, and PA. I was in and out with meds in less than an hour. Thankfully I started feeling better within 24 hours. They even called me a couple days later to confirm I was doing ok. My own PCM doesn't do that. Thank you Moab Regional UC. read more

After a week my pulled hamstring was still causing me too much pain. Dr. said he could not do a MRI nor would ER. A orthopedic Dr. would have to be seen. I left with basic exercises to strengthen my hamstring and otc ointments to consider ( 1 I was already using). They didnt offer to wrap my leg but sent me to the local store to purchase a wrap and do it myself. I refused crutches. I wasn't offered higher doses of ibuprofen I suppose because i could get that over the counter too while in the pain that I was in. All in all the place wasn't busy and seemed clean. 5 days after my visit to Urgent care I got to see a orthopedic Dr. on 6th day got MRI test done and now waiting for results . If anything going to Urgent care gave me enough sense to head home and see a real dr. read more

My daughter hit her head at a fancy shitty hotel pool and was bleeding. We came here so nervous , every single person from the intake people to the nurse , doc was so empathetic , caring and knowledgeable. Still waiting for the bill a few months later but that can happen anywhere. I am so grateful that this UC was 2 minutes drive from the hotel. I have never been to a UC that was this nice. read more

Some of the most experienced mountain biker sticher-uppers you will find! I had to stop by Moab regional urgent care after attempting a jump (that I now know is above my skill level) on The Whole Enchilada. The front desk was friendly and efficient and got me checked in quickly. I feel very lucky to have had my face stitched up by the nurse, Sage (who apparently rips on guitar) and the PA, Michael (who left a plastic surgeon practice just to make sure mountain bikers stay pretty). I would recommend you avoid going to urgent care all together, but if you have a little too much fun on your trip, Moab regional urgent care will get you tidied up and back to adventuring right away! read more

Wow what wonderful staff work here at the urgent care! My daughter came down with a fever, (thankfully turned out not to be COVID) but they took all the appropriate tests and precautions. What separates them from your average urgent care is how invested they are in your well being. They made sure my daughter was ok- they even held her when she reached out to them to be held! Hannah and Tiffany, I believe that was the name of the doctor and the nurse, let us stay for nearly 3 hours just to make 100% sure my daughters fever dropped before we left. I cut my leg open on a mountain bike ride and rode into town to the local Urgent Care. The staff were professional, friendly, and experienced and I felt extremely cared for. Courtney was a very knowledgeable and experienced MA and Michelle did a great job on my stitches. 5/5 stars, would get hurt here again. read more

Ok first of all, I am a traveler with a pre-existing condition diagnosed back home. During my trip from California to Maine I experienced a flare up and was in need of a surgical doctor for a particular 10 min procedure. A plus for me was this place opens at 1pm. I was able to sleep in a bit, show up at 12:45pm, check in, and see a doctor within 30 minutes. I was blown away with how fast they were able to see me. They started me off with one of the Surgical Assistants Tara, then with the next one who actually did my procedure (I'm embarrassed I can't even remember her name!). I believe I had Dr. Cole. I usually don't see male doctors, but the two Surgical Assistants made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions/concerns. I told them how my doctor does the procedure and they chatted with me about it until we were all on the same page. Dr. Cole also works particularly in women's health, so that REALLY made me comfortable. Both the doctor and assistant were in the room with me the whole time checking in with me throughout the procedure. At the end he gave me some education on my diagnosis which was really appreciated on my end (I'm still learning about it and what steps to take). They were both so gentle and patient with me. I was really pleased with the experience and procedure. Not to mention the front desk ladies were so sweet and calm. Now I can travel back home painless! Would recommend this place 100%. read more
