FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, DO NOT USE MNG KARGO!!! I have been incredibly patient with MNG Kargo. We ordered a shipment from America which was caught in customs, and has been stuck there despite sending several notarized documents proving that the shipment should be released. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 45 DAYS SINCE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THIS SHIPMENT. Any attempts to recover the shipment have been met with fees, fees, fees, and more bullshit documentation needed for absolutely NO reason. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENTS ON TIME OR AT ALL. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any postal service, and I have dealt with several low quality carriers in the past. Horrible. Don't ever use them. They said yesterday that they would be at my home same day. I waited all day at home for them and they didn't show. Even with calling to ask if they were coming, they said they would be at my home shortly but never showed. This morning first thing, called and was told sorry they would definitely come today. Well it's 4pm and still nothing. They are useless and you can't depend on them. I am not scrounging to find a competent cargo company because I have to be moved out by tomorrow. They have completely wasted two days and I could have had my goods taken by a real Cargo company. Don't waste your time with these people. Ps - it's not a language issue either.
